Help !!! – Words Luck: Search, Spin & Win Review

Can you fix it to where the ones that have iPhones like the XR, Pro, Max and all the ones without a button can cash in the coins and gems please ? We have Zero use when we touch the gems and coins, nothing comes up so we can cash them out. Love the game, just needs some fixing please. Thanks
