Not working well – PRIVILEGES CLUB Review

I’ve registered my all before. Now I forgot my pw. I clicked on forgot pw but it said that my email is not registered. I tried registering again, but it said this time that I have already received authentication before. (I guess they used the phone number to identify this). Now I’m stuck. Logged out and could not use any means to get back on.
