The App login and forget password never works. I am unable to stay logged in. The app kicks me out. I haven’t been able to access it since I forgot my password which I never could recover for the past year.

Worst App I have ever attempted to use. Not user friendly when attempting to register the App. Now I am locked out and can not access my account. What is the point of the App if it locks you out. Fix the bug!!

Expected from ALSHAYA Co. I was shocked when they told me about something that can benefit the customer & encourage him to come back. Then it turned out to be fake!!

1/5 is still a lot for this awful excuse for an app. It keeps crashing that I can’t log in. It seems people behind this want to give us a hard time. Why not offer customers a regular card like shokran and alhokair’s card.
