Don't Buy This App – Tweek-a-Week: Weight Loss (Free) Review
If you want to lose weight, don't stop eating, your body will think your starving yourself and it will gather up all of your fat. Eat veggies and whole grain foods instead. You can do things around the house to lose weight too. Walk your dog, mow the lawn, clean the garage, play frisbee, swim laps, wash the car, trim bushes, etc. Don't waste your time getting this. It will make me cry.
