Opinionated.

Here's my take on it, for those of you who do not at all have any clue on loosing weight, this app can help. For those of you who are slightly educated on basic weight loss then this app is not for you. Type mmafwn if you need any assistance on proper weight loss and direction. Take care, stay well and have a great life.

Save time

Go save your time and get a different app. This has a few helpful tips for beginners but I knew everything in the app before opening it up. My tips: Drink nothing but water Exercise at least 3 times a week Stay away from beef Eat lean foods (chicken for meat) Have fun!!!!!

Don't Buy This App
NationalAppRater

If you want to lose weight, don't stop eating, your body will think your starving yourself and it will gather up all of your fat. Eat veggies and whole grain foods instead. You can do things around the house to lose weight too. Walk your dog, mow the lawn, clean the garage, play frisbee, swim laps, wash the car, trim bushes, etc. Don't waste your time getting this. It will make me cry. 

Not Good

It's says things that are commonly heard no great in dept. details. Common sense items.

Overhydration or water poisoning
javaair

Please don't ask your users to drink up to one liter of water first thing in the morning. It can be dangerous for people to drink too much water at one time, ever heard of hyponatremia? 1 liter might not harm most people but it will harm some, whose kidneys are just not predisposed to expelling so much in one go. At 2 or 3 liters of water in one sitting, as some enthusiasts of your app, are wont to do, it will be a serious and potentially life threatening condition.
