Second time user - no support help – Mend: Go within Review

I am a second time user of this app and initially love the app. I was really looking forward to downloading it to get through my break up. I submitted my payment and then realized the audio I was receiving did not match the break up type that I had listed. I have tried to reach out to the support team three times over the past week about this issue and have not received any contact back at all or confirmation that they have even seen my email. If you’re paying on a monthly basis and you’re wasting a week trying to get the right audio for an app you’ve got a wonder what’s going on.Not to mention having to deal with us through a break up.
