Glitching – Sydney Health Review
This app is very glitchy. I cannot view my plans or deductibles anymore and just get a message that says we can’t fine this information at this time. Then when I call costumer service to ask about billing and deductible questions they say to use the app. Then when I say I tried but it hasn’t worked they tell me that they have had quite a few complaints about parts of the app being down? Can this please be fixed it would be great and so easy to use if it worked properly.
