Doesn’t show all claims. You had one job. Considering how much I pay and my company pays for coverage, you should get this correct. Embarrassing.

Can you make an app that works with the iPad? Also I have to open the app twice for Face ID to work.

If no stars was an option, that’s what I would give this app. Every time I click on something in the app it either gives me no results or redirects me to the website through Safari! Waste of time and space IMO!!

Login fails every other time. Data entry fields are broken. Text message notifications are out of order and nonsensical. Most interactions are painfully slow. State management is non-existent.

The only thing I’m not liking is the catalog for services. If you could expand the search to allow for basic things such as Covid test or shots. Other than that great app.

Unable to login. After entering user name/password, asks if I want to use face recognition, then freezes (whether I select Yes or No.). Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still have same issue.

Need ability to add insurance card to Apple Wallet

This app has the ability to add a vaccination card to Apple wallet but not your insurance ID card. What up with that? Sure you can “download” a copy then search for it when you need it but Apple Wallet would be so much better.

Why do i need to come up with a username? All the usernames are taken. Can i just use my email? This is a health app not instagram.

I called to get my insurance number & they recommended the app. It’s very easy to function & gives you providers nearby, shows deductible, amount to pay & etc. Helps decrease many questions and worries.
