Great App with AMAZING User Support – MDBox Review

I was skeptical about seeing an online doctor and almost didn’t complete my online visit after the initial intake questions. A MDBox support agent, Kristina, reached out to me immediately and helped answer my questions, clear my concerns and helped me navigate through the app. She even called me on the phone to make sure I was set and followed up after my dr visit. I was thoroughly impressed and think that support has made me into a user and an advocate for this app. I highly recommend it!
