We live 45 mins one way from the nearest urgent care or hospital and it is $300 to be seen without insurance. I found this app during a trip to HEB while picking up some meds for myself and saved it in my phone. I am so glad that I did!!!! Our son has a cough that has gotten worse over the past 3 days. I setup an account on this app and purchased the visit for $50, within 1 minute I had a real doctor on a video chat who was able to diagnose him with exactly what we figured it was and she sent his scripts to the pharmacy and his school excuse to my email all within 10mins. This is the best thing I have discovered. We did all of this from the comfort of our home!!!!!! This will be my go to from here on out!!!!!

My bf had strep throat for almost a week & it was impossible to get him a doctors appointment anywhere bc of the coronavirus issue. I downloaded this app & answered all the questions that were asked based on what he was feeling & we got connected to a doctor through video cam. It was quick & easy! The best part is the doctor was able to send antibiotics for him to our nearest pharmacy. I am so grateful we got the help we needed during a time like this. I can’t thank them enough!

Awesome awesome awesome service! It honestly felt just like going into the doctor’s office, but for a fraction of the price and without having to move from my bed. It took a few minutes to sign up and enter my medical history and symptoms, and I was on a video call with a professional within a minute! It makes no sense at all to go to an urgent care clinic or doctor’s office unless it’s an absolute emergency, but in that case you should go to a hospital! I HIGHLY recommend MDBox for everyone - it’s unbeatable and saves time, money, and most importantly the need to get up and go out when you’re not feeling well! I also found out that they’ll offer a free visit if you enter the referral code “MDBox” when signing up!

I got some cold-like symptoms during the Coronavirus pandemic period and I used this APP since my girlfriend got a visit credit. It is very useful, the doctor is really nice and patient. And the price is affordable especially if you don’t have a health insurance and I think it is a safer way to see the doctor during this special period. Also the doctor told me that they will offer Coronavirus test in the future.

From my consultation experience today- there was no wait time, so make sure you have your questions ready. The nurse practitioner was caring and professional. She listened to my comments and answered all my questions. She wrote me a prescription and forwarded it to my chosen pharmacy. I have already recommended MDBox to family and friends.
