Locked up! – CodyCross: Crossword Puzzles Review

I was near the end of Flora & Fauna near level 160 & the game is locked on the startup logo. It’s been near a month. Wrote customer support.....crickets. I’ve tried rebooting my operating system. Everything except uninstalling & reinstalling. I don’t want to start back at square one. If this would bother you, don’t get this. It got 2 stars because I really liked the game. ?☹️
