Awesome! – Clarity - CBT Thought Diary Review
This app is exactly what I needed. My therapist had me documenting on paper and it was a fail. I found this app and it’s exactly what the CBT Thought Change work I was doing on paper!
It would be extremely helpful if you could change the date that a thought happened. I’ve tried doing it and couldn’t figure it out. Sometimes I mean to document things and forget and would like to go back in the next day.
