no support – Ally: Bank, Auto & Invest Review

can't open an account and no phone support period. been on hold for 20min while it tells me someone will be with me in approx 1 min. I guess approximate is subjective term. i had to send them drivers license photo and they lost it so who has it Do Not give them any information they are not handling it properly!!!
