My first 7 min workout – J&J Official 7 Minute Workout Review

I like the idea of 7 mins, I am very out of shape and starting slow to do it right. However I feel some of these moves are not for beginners or someone very large(push up twist), and the interval between each move is too short, someone rather large can’t go from standing to laying on the ground and into a move in 2-3 seconds, we need a little more time. Maybe offer some moderations to the harder moves for beginners
