I never write reviews, but..... – J&J Official 7 Minute Workout Review

It’s true, this is one of the first reviews I’ve written. I have tried numerous exercise apps and have not found one like this one. What makes this app different is that the instructions are very clear and the person modeling the exercises shows you exactly what to do— very easy to follow! I also like how you can rate the exercise. So glad I found this!
