Doesn’t retain info after short-lived battery – Bally Total Fitness BLS-7361 Bluetooth Bathroom Scale Review

The battery has been replaced all too many times than necessary. Like another user, after not using for a while, when I change the battery, the scale settings are not the same, changes from lbs. to kg, nor does my phone recognize and connect. I’m tired of dealing with the shenanigans of fixing a device and changing settings every time I use it... this is something that is suppose to be simple... TOTALLY NOT
