Doesn’t connect to phone – Bally Total Fitness BLS-7361 Bluetooth Bathroom Scale Review

After uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, with testing each time, the scale never connects to my phone. Yes, Bluetooth is on for my phone, and other Bluetooth apps connect with no problem.
