Doesn’t connect to app – Bally Total Fitness BLS-7361 Bluetooth Bathroom Scale Review

When I first bought the scale I was able to connect to app. The battery died and I didn’t use the scale for a while. I replaced the battery and tried to use the app and it didn’t work, my past information was gone as well. The scale does not even appear in my Bluetooth tab of the settings app. Very disappointed.
