No help from Facebook from hack. – Facebook Review

I would like an update on my account I have not gotten any response on how to get my account back from the hacker.. I don’t understand how you all can give me exact coordinates and an IP address of the hacker but not respond back to me at all about my account. I’m still locked out. I was able to change the password but like I said before the hacker used a code generator on my account so I can’t log in without the codes generated to his/her app..
