Nonexistent Customer Support – Instagram Review

I’ve had multiple issues with my direct messages lately. It’s clearly not my phone, as my other accounts can load theirs, but my main will not load them and I know I’ve received new messages. I have sent several help messages through the settings help tab for more than a week now and nothing, not even a response, has come of it. When I’ve had issues with other companies such as Supercell, they got right to the issue and helped me figure out if it was client side or a problem with the game. This can clearly show the difference between a company with quality user support versus poor user support. ?‍♂️
