Sooo disappointed, feel deceived – TrackR - Lost Item Finder Review

When I looked at these on-line the manufactured said never loose anything again! Put it on anything you don’t want to loose including your animals. So I figured these would track my dog no matter where my dogs goes? Well that’s not true at all! From what I see it only connects by Bluetooth and a Bluetooth signal doesn’t go very far at all! In face I live in 5 acres and I’d loose tracking my dogs before they even left my property! Only thing I see you can use these for is maybe your car keys around home and your remotes. Then the thing that makes these worse yet is their batteries! I’ve had lights for my dogs that use these same batteries and their anything but cheap! It’s bad enough if you only got one or two, but I bought 10 of these! Obviously their not going to be cheap to keep these running at all! There advertising says never loose anything ever again, track it anywhere! If that’s not deceptive I don’t know what is? I guess anywhere ends just before you walk out your front door? Update! These trackR decices are worse then I thought! Even when my smartphone is able to connect thru Bluetooth, I can go to the map and the map tells me to start walking south towards where my dogs are! Sounds great right? Except I’m looking at my dog standing to the North of me! It has me walking the opposite direction from the trackR device I put on my dogs collar. Oh yes, collar is on my dog too! LOL Other thing is in their video it shows a man walking away from his device and maybe getting 15 ft away when his smartphone alarm goes off for separating too far from the device. I can have my device in the very back of my house a good 50 ft and walk out of my house off my porch and another 20 ft to my garage before my alarm for desperation even goes off! Nothing like giving a thief enough time to grab your valuables and run off with them before your alarm ever goes off and of course since this is controlled by Bluetooth they don’t have to go very far before their out of Bluetooth range and say goodbye to your valuables you thought you had protected! This is by far the worst poc I have ever bought online. I’m going to at least start calling authorities to see exactly who to file a complaint against this company for all their false and misleading information that says never loose anything ever again as well as connect to your dog! This is beyond completely worthless! Also going to do my best to warn everyone I can thru social sites publicly how bad this device is in hopes to keep others from being victims of this scam
