WORST MOBILE APP EVER! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! – Wisenet Life Review

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I have had issues for several months now with not being able to access the camera through my iPhone, iPad, or desktop computer. Customer service/ tech support also has no clue what’s wrong with the app and they can’t help. WHAT IS THE POINT OF WAISTING MONEY ON SECURITY CAMERAS IF THEY CAN NEVER BE VIEWED WHEN YOU WANT TO OR MORE IMPORTANTLY NEED TO VIEW THEM? I WISH I WOULD HAVE NEVER SPENT ALMOST $600 ON THIS CRAPPY CAMERA SYSTEM. IF I HAD THE FUNDS TO PURCHASE A DIFFERENT SYSTEM I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD. GET IT TOGETHER IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY. IT IS 2020 NOW. THE SAME ISSUE SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE STILL. RIDICULOUS.
