App crashes and won’t connect to system

The worst. Lacks tech support. Do not have the time to chase down a tech to get my system online. This certainly isn’t plug and play. Choose another if you want a functional system

The system itself is pretty nice but now after a month I'm having problems with the app crashing every time I open it. It was working great so what happened?? Ugh so frustrating

I have never reviewed an app before this one. It has me so frustrated I needed to review it. It took over 2 months for the app to support the new iPhone XS and then it finally started working and now the app just crashes. I will never get another wisent product. FIX YOUR APP!

The cameras and system are excellent but the app omg. Today it has started crashing. Also i wish i could “rewind” to be able to view certain circumstances while not physically at the location. I see where you can slide the bar to view early times but never shows anything other than real time

I really thought this was going to be as good as the actual Samsung model that I bought previously but not even close to the same quality or functionality of the system. DVR is very poor quality and the App is even more aggravating. Now it logs in, next screen shows up and then App closes... A complete waste.
Can someone PLEASE fix this app.???

App has always been glitchy....now crashes EVERY time I open it.... Seriously expect better from a Samsung company!

App was working fine. There some thing that can be changed like more than one user able to view cameras at same time. I was able to live without that but today the app keeps crashing on my I phone but my husband is able to have access thru an android device. Please fix.

This app locks up and closes and no longer works. Calls to Customer Service are met with unfulfilled promises. Email correspondence brings the same promises that are not met. What do you do to fix the issues when the app controls mobile Apple devices and the camera system is only a month old? Apparently the Android app works. I must select one star when in fact no stars would be more appropriate. Just fix the issue with iOS and satisfy the customer.

The app is useless and crashes constantly! The cameras are good quality but the point is to be able to see cameras when I am not there. You can't do that with this app. My motion alerts are going crazy and I can't see why! Hundreds of dollars for something I can't use for the reason I purchased...
