Charged twice for an order that “doesn’t exist” – Carter's Review

Tried to place an order today as there is a 40% off sale going on. Placed the order but told there was an error and to try placing it again. So I placed it again and got the same error. Checked my debit card and I have been charged twice for an order that according to the mobile app still does not exist and I need to try placing it again...
