Overall bad – My Equity - Equity Residential Review

I’ve only ever used the app for service request, but even then I prefer to use the desktop website instead The main homepage never loads properly. After scrolling for a couple of posts it either bounces back to the top or skips to a random part in the feed. Takes a couple minutes for the home page not to keep skipping through the posts but even when it isn’t it’s laggy and will start again if you expand the details of any post/picture. Payments are never up to date (I will have rent/utilities on the desktop website but not the app) and impossible to pay if it even shows up. Crashes are also pretty common. Overall the app is really buggy and slow and needs some major updates so the app can at least run properly.
