I’ve been using the app for little over a year now. As of today it makes me nervous. I got an email saying my personal information had been updated. Which I haven’t done. Now I’m locked out of the app. I even tried logging in through a desk top and my equity does recognize my email. So because it doesn’t recognize my email I can’t change the password. I’m completely locked out. With all My so call personal information being updated. I’ve emailed management and I am waiting for a response. What a hassle. ??
The app is a nightmare to use when you’re scrolling through the message board. Usually freezes up, jumps around, and crashes. At least it’s useful to make online payments.
App crashes all the time, and takes a solid 20 seconds to open posts on gigabit internet. Even scrolling doesn’t work properly - just jumps to random places in the page.
The concept great! Now the only thing you can do is to pay the rent or request a service. To communicate with other residents or see stuff posted by other residents for sale, free, etc. Don’t even try, the app crashes every time you touch the screen, it is the worst experience. Equity, please spend some money and get the app working properly, it should not be a big deal to get it fixed!
When the app isn’t crashing it’s loading in more posts on the main feed and moving the scroll position constantly. It’s impossible to use and is only useful as a bookmark for the rent payment portal
You’re better off using safari and just logging in because this app will never work for me. I can’t even scroll down the main feed because it will start jumping around from post to post randomly before force quitting the app. Every single time for over two years I’ve used this app. The rent payment works fine but everything else is garbage. App is borderline unusable

This app is really bad. It crashes CONSTANTLY. There are a lot of features that are broken, glitchy, or just plain cumbersome. As others have mentioned, you will almost always see a notification indicator, it doesn’t clear after you check the app. It’s fine for making payments or making service requests, those features only crash the app occasionally, but beyond that the app is practically unusable.
