Disappointing product – SkyBell HD Review

At first this product was working well, so good that I bought a total of four, my big mistake, one of them has had several issues doorchine sticks keeps on ringing when press button, the screw that homss the unit to the wall mount stripped and cannot take off and the most important issue is the plastic eye in the doorbell that is a sensor cracked apart completely I guess weather factor? I called customer service and they were very dismissive and wouldn’t offer any assistance, very disappointed and now concerned about the others I have, given the competition out there I would take a different approach if I were SkyBell
