Horrible update – Eight Sleep Review

I no longer can control the temperature of my bed after the new update. I have been setting the temperatures to 0-1-2 for my pod but after this update it feels like I’m sleeping on a sheet of ice. A setting of 2 seems more like a setting of -2 now and when I try to adjust it to a warmer setting it just clicks back to 2 after a few seconds. I tried closing out the app and restarting, nope still won’t let me change the temperature. I tried adjusting the smart temp controls and those don’t respond either. I figured I would just turn the thing off because I was tired of messing with it at 3 in the morning but the app wouldn’t even respond to that! I unplugged/replugged the base station and tried all the above steps again to no avail. I had to leave it unplugged the rest of the night to stay warm. Stay away from this update!!!
