I wanted to like this bed and app. The sleep recording is always way off, and sometimes records the opposite side of the bed as my side. The warning is also mostly useless, especially since the UI change. I can turn the warning to 10 and feel almost nothing. Great idea, poor execution.

I’ve used their Jupiter mattress for 2 years now and I have no complaints. The smart sheet is great to and gives me great tips and advice for better sleep.

The app was beautiful up until the latest update. They went all black and white, instead of a really beautiful aesthetic they had before. The logo went from a great looking app on your phone to an 8 ball in billiards. The mattress is OK. It feels like using technology to sell the cheapest mattress at way higher prices. For the first several months I owned it, the tech didn’t work. I reached out to everyone with terrible responses, then finally emailed the founders and they delegated a support person to help. I moved from one condo to another and it started working. Buyer beware that it may not work at yours depending on your setup. The readings are generally inaccurate. It feels like you spend more time manually correcting it than learning from it. Overall not too impressed, but it’s slightly better than the mattress we had before. I would not purchase again

This app is nice and works well with the Smart Cover. Where I’d really like to see improvement is in the Siri integration. I have several night shortcuts I’ve made and it’d be great if I could include turning on the heat of the cover.
My eight mattress device is turning on heat by itself

After the update my mattress start warming itself up automatically, i have no schedule set up, it is just turning on heat every day when I turn it off manually, it reset itself and turn the heat back again I can do this all night long.
Dont buy to sleep alone!

With a king bed, the latest update in the app removed my ability to control the heat on the other side of the bed. It requires king beds be configured for two people and each can only control their side. I have only side side configured as I sleep alone. So I can only heat half my bed now!!! Talk about short sighted features! Also you can no longer adhoc change the temperature of the bed. So if you don’t have a set schedule, and only use heat some nights and not others you lost that ability/feature with the most recent app upgrade! TWO THUMBS DOWN! Bring back the features you took away!
What the heck did you do?? Very STUPID update!

New update completely messes up heat functionality! Turning on and off is very unintuitive. No idea how to set heat timer anymore. How the heck do I set timer?? Now have to select each side separately on different tabs to turn on, which is extremely inefficient. WOW! who the heck from that company made these dumb design decisions?? Revert back to previous design. It was working fine!

What a terrible update. You’ve rendered some of the best features unusable and made the eight sleep mattress pad a waste. Was so excited as a kickstarter supporter but this app and loss of functionality is crap.
