The app has been down for 3 days... – European Wax Center Review

I've been using this app for over a year now with no issues. Now, the app has been down for 3 days and I've been unable to make an appointment using the app. Yes, of course I can call my EWC, but I like seeing my options throughout the whole week instead of having to ask the rep for a bunch of different times that are available. It's ridiculous!!!!!! Back again to complain about the app being down. If you want to stay on top in the world of waxing I suggest investing in your technology.
