If I could rate it zero, I would... – European Wax Center Review

I have had nothing but problems with the EWC website AND app. I originally downloaded the app to see if it worked better than their website, but it most definitely does not. As a new customer, about a month ago I made an account so I could book my first appointment. After having issues just doing that due to timeouts and website errors, if finally got around to making an appointment, but even that didn’t work right! Not only did it not make an appointment with my chosen location, it somehow made me 2 appointments for a location 2 STATES AWAY! Now, even though I have canceled these appointments, they show up in the app under the reservations tab and NONE of my REAL appointments since then show up in the app. Now, when I CALL my local location to make an appointment, they have trouble finding my account because, apparently, the app has made 4 DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS for me! Absolutely terrible app and a terrible waste of my phone storage.
