31 Day Challenge! – Dr. Greger's Daily Dozen Review

My wife shared the Daily Dozen way of eating with me and that has convinced us to only follow this diet for the month of January. My goal is to lower my LDL cholesterol from 160 to under 100 during this challenge. After 5 days we are doing great and haven’t cheated a bit! We’ve found some great recipes. If you are considering the Daily Dozen don’t worry about being hungry. There’s plenty to eat!
