Flawed. Lousy Customer Service – HSI Instructor Review

I have yet to be able to see the documents that should be part of this app. Customer Service said they would get back to me when they talked to one of the developers to correct the flaw. That was December 10, 2019. Today is January 1, .2020. I still haven’t heard from them. The good thing is, when I taught my class under ASHI last month, I could find what I needed on the website. Would that I could find what I needed on the app.
