Can’t log in

Won’t allow sign in. Error message just says enter username as if nothing was entered or it will say authorization error. I followed the directions and used same login as OTIS.
Flawed. Lousy Customer Service

I have yet to be able to see the documents that should be part of this app. Customer Service said they would get back to me when they talked to one of the developers to correct the flaw. That was December 10, 2019. Today is January 1, .2020. I still haven’t heard from them. The good thing is, when I taught my class under ASHI last month, I could find what I needed on the website. Would that I could find what I needed on the app.

Seems to work just fine for me, but, tell me again how this is useful. After looking through the entire app, which took less than a minute, I find absolutely no purpose for this app. It does nothing of any benefit for me. Probably uninstalling.
