Version 2.0.60 not sending texts when app not open – Pentair Link₂O Review

This app used to send out texts when freeze protect kicked in or the system was offline. Since version 2.0.60 (8mo ago), I no longer get notified when freeze protect kicks. I will get a text if I open the app and it has already gone into freeze protect mode. What can be done about this? Also, the app support link is not valid so I can’t contact anyone there about this.
