The app does what it claims to do (turns devices on and off), but it is slow and clunky. You have to navigate through several menus every time just to get to the screen where you can turn things on and off.

This controller is not what I expected from the way it’s advertised. It’s basically just a slow/delayed on/off switch. The relays have a timer each but the timer can not be split up. Lights are also only on/off no color changing ability even when using Pentair LEDs.
What a waste of an app...

No push notifications. Not even an app, just a web interface. No other functionality than what you have already available through the web. Sometimes I will get only email notifications, no text. Very unreliable.

This app is the case of the company hiring a developer to build an app and not at all considering how it functions and what the experience will be like for the user - clearly no designer assigned to this app. It looks like it was made 15 years ago, is not all intuitive and sometimes you need to do things multiple times before it works- like literally doing the same action over and over until it works. One week in to using it and still haven’t been able to pair and use all features. The app has also told me since day one that I need to update the firmware. I’ve tried that about 20 times with zero success. Pentair, you have other apps with much better usability, please update this app to be usable.

It’s basically the slowest app I have ever used. Wish It controlled the led light colors and was user friendly as promised by Pentair over a year ago. I would have never purchased this system if I knew how poorly it worked.
