Wont work with Catalina – MusicStreamer Review

My iTunes library is on an external mac drive. Until the Catalina upgrade I was able to stream music easily through MusicStreamer and I loved it. Since the upgrade though I am having what looks like a permissions problem when accessing that particular drive. Since I log on to the mac as myself with full machine access I dont understand why MusicStreamer wont work
