Some great, some bad. – Code Editor by Panic Review

The idea is great and many parts of this are great. But there are missing bits. E.g., this still doesn’t support the iOS file manager, which is baffling. The built in file manager is surprisingly fiddly to navigate around in, which is too bad because this can make various kinds of remote connections which is really handy. And there are various bugs: the ssh client —mostly great — shifts itself left regularly so it gets partly cut off (you have to close the terminal window and open a fresh one). The find-and-replace is bugged. It seems to be searching an older version of the file. It makes it hard to, e.g., reliably change a symbol from one name to another because you can’t rely on “find” to find things. This app could really use some TLC, but it doesn’t look like it’s getting much.
