Functional but a bit of a let down – Frisch's Big Boy Review

I was able to submit an order, but it is a really clunky app. It seems to be web-based rather than an app that stands on its own. I had no trouble having the app locate the closest store (the app will prompt you to enable location services and that worked great). It was a very confusing layout where it appears you have to create an account in the beginning but you don’t have to use it. It was also slow/buggy when creating your order. A couple of positives are that there is a convenient way to order through door dash and there is a nice clean receipt screen that you can screenshot for reference when you get to the restaurant. But, overall I expected more from a brand like Frisch’s. Look to Papa John’s for the way a restaurant app should function.
