GPS Nearest Location

Had to use the website to learn that the nearest location to me is in Cincinnati, OH & 117 miles, or an estimated 1:51 hour drive. An app should default to the nearest location, which is hopefully MUCH CLOSER!

App doesn’t work. When you create an account, it doesn’t save your log in information so you can order online. And when you try to log in to place an order, you can’t log in! Absolutely a waste of time.
Functional but a bit of a let down

I was able to submit an order, but it is a really clunky app. It seems to be web-based rather than an app that stands on its own. I had no trouble having the app locate the closest store (the app will prompt you to enable location services and that worked great). It was a very confusing layout where it appears you have to create an account in the beginning but you don’t have to use it. It was also slow/buggy when creating your order. A couple of positives are that there is a convenient way to order through door dash and there is a nice clean receipt screen that you can screenshot for reference when you get to the restaurant. But, overall I expected more from a brand like Frisch’s. Look to Papa John’s for the way a restaurant app should function.
