Very helpful – Clarity - CBT Thought Diary Review
I really like this app. It’s a great framework for learning to practice cbt. It’s great to be able to go back to old entries and see how things change over time. I also like being able to send an entry to my counselor.
It would be awesome to add a “body sensations” list. Or a section where a person can describe their body sensations. Practice observing body sensations helps with identifying emotions. For now, I just include observation of body sensations in the description.
