Instagram log in won’t work – Hey! VINA - Meet New Friends Review

I tried logging in with my Instagram. I logged in and then allowed and it just said that it wasn’t authorized. So do I have to make a Facebook account to log in? I tried logging in with my Instagram several times. It keeps saying the same thing.
