Albums fall apart – Zno: Photo Books & Prints Review

I have given this company a completely fair chance. I’ve created nearly 10 albums and unfortunately the binding and pages come unglued and fall apart after about a year. It’s like the adhesive is super cheap and once it dries it just evaporates and no longer holds. So disappointed as I’ve spent so much time on creating these albums. Each time, I reached out to the company and they replaced it for free; however, the same thing happened with the replacements. Also, a feature I loved about their album creation process was discontinued. You used to be able to filter layouts based on the number of portrait and landscape photos you had in mind for a 1 page or 2 page spread. Now, you have to pick a layout without the filtering option. Much less efficient and frustrating. And if I’m going to be very picky, the photos seem to loose their vibrancy in the printing process. The photos seem to have a duller appearance.
