I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. – Zno: Photo Books & Prints Review

The ordering process was smooth and the prices were great. I only ran into trouble after receiving a dented product. The dent is obviously a defect from attaching the mount on the back. The packing was perfect. I filled out the form and sent two photos. I even explained I needed it for a show. It took three days to get a response and they asked for the same info again. Now three more days have gone by. I paid for expedited shipping so I'd have it for my show. Good prices do not cover for good service. I won't order again.
