Ruined my images – Zno: Photo Books & Prints Review

I'm a pro photographer and I'm always interested in seeing if there's a decent option for getting albums or prints. I bought a small book as a trial to see the quality of the prints. My images were edited for print. I tested the same images through several companies. The book I received from ZNO has the worst quality I've seen in some time. They seem to have decided that my images would look better with an insane amount of contrast. So much in fact, that in one image, all the trees are now black. I looked for an option to submit feedback, or at least discuss the horrendous final product I was sent. I found nothing. Seems the only thing I can do is warn others. You're better off finding a different source. I didn't have high expectations, and I'm still disappointed. That says it all. Don't throw your money away.
