No video feed from cameras – Wisenet Life Review

Setup went smoothly but i get movement notifications and no video. Called the company and the first agent tried to troubleshoot then we got disconnected. Second agent looked up my model number and said there is no way yet to send videos from 4k camera systems. This system has been available for months from Sam’s Club and I’m supposed to wait another week to view camera video? That makes no sense.
