50/50 chance that it works – Sensibo Review

The system is completely unreliable with my Fujitsu Halcyon mini-split. Documentation is poor and there is no way to know if the right remote is selected. Instead of giving meaningful remote model names, Sensibo uses some code name. As a result, I’ve yet to find a setting that matches all of my remote’s features. Basic on/off works 90% of the time but adjusting temp or oscillator settings are about a 10% success rate. My mounting location is straight line of sight but at the edge of (yet within) the recommended range of the unit. I would not recommend this product.
