I wish Slate’s tech matched their journalism – Slate.com Review

Despite emails to their customer service team detailing the app’s instability (crashes without fail 2 minutes into any podcast) and other issues, and prompt responses reassuring me they’re looking into it, two months later the same problems exist. I believe wholeheartedly in paying for great work, and want to continue supporting it here, but unfortunately I will be canceling my subscription because I don’t get what I pay for (and haven’t for going on 5 months)!
