DO NOT BUY! Decent content, expensive, bugs, customer service non responsive. – Happy Not Perfect: Mind Gym Review

Was enjoying the content and my fade-away to buy this over calm or a few others was that it integrates with the mindfulness aspect of iOS health app. Suddenly that stopped working back on oct 6th (when I noted). Emailed them through the apps contact system and got an automated “we got your email and are working on it” message. Never heard anything back. Messaged a few times as a reply like the email said to- nothing. Tried a new contact in app. Same story. Third time- just this week, a full month after first contacting them. Same story. At this point I would have been money ahead with another free app or two and manually adding the data to health app instead of dropping so much on a year subscription. Will be filing a complaint with Apple, as they have not lived up to the terms of the subscription. Very disappointing and frustrating Edie silly coming from a “meditation and relaxation” app. Complete opposite! DO NOT BUY!
