Wonderful app! – Happy Not Perfect: Mind Gym Review

I have chronic ptsd and this app is really making a difference! I’m staying in a domestic violence shelter with my 3 year old son, I’m under constant threat of his father and grandma trying to take him from me & daily harassment, torture and emotional abuse. Even in this very difficult, vulnerable and scary place in my life, I can find a little refuge in HappyNotPerfect.
